This is a market driven sale and the market sets the price.

It is not an “outcry auction” where a fast talking auctioneer creates a confusing and emotional “frenzy”.

It is not a protracted traditional Real Estate brokered sale, where the price is established high and then time on the market and lengthy negotiations finally determine real market value.

We’ve chosen this Round Robin method so that if the high bidder should run into problems we have our next high bidder in place.

This is an “As Is” full disclosure sale and you have time to do your due diligence. To help you we’ve provided a Certified Termite Inspection Report, and a Certified Home Inspection Report. (These are available in emailable or faxable format.)
